Join us for Family STEM Night at JMS on Tuesday, April 25th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in our school cafeteria. Bring your family for a night of hands-on science, technology, engineering, art, and math competitions and games.  Explore the importance of STEAM in our everyday lives and all that it has to offer.  Exciting raffles will take place and delicious snacks will be provided

Multicultural Art Contest

Jefferson Middle School is pleased to announce our 1st Annual Multicultural Art Contest.  All students at Jefferson Middle School are invited to submit an entry representing this year’s theme: Art Shapes Culture & Culture Shapes Art.” Whether an entry displays use of formal technique or a simple approach, it will be judged primarily on how well the student uses his or her artistic vision to portray the theme, originality and creativity. For submission requirements and details on the contest click here for the flyerArt work is to be submitted to Mrs. Salfity in Room 6 and Mr. Cheney in Room 2 on or prior to 3:30 pm on May 19, 2017.  Awards will be announced at the Multicultural Day on June 2nd, 2017.
